Our Story

Since our founding, the guiding principle of Aizz Funeral Company has been the commitment to treating each family who comes to us as our own. With sincerity, pride, and dedication, we are committed to this time-honored tradition. We are forever mindful that we are in a sacred profession that intimately touches the lives of families.

We have gathered together a staff of highly-qualified and deeply caring individuals to assist us in continuing the funeral home’s mission of providing excellent service to families in their time of need.

Although we are locally owned, we are not locally limited. As one of London’s most flexible (we never say No to the customer) and privately owned funeral home, we have forged life-long professional and personal relationships with other funeral directors outside the country. We can assist your family in the event a death occurs away from home or if final funeral should be hold in another city or country.

Whether you have an immediate need for our services or you wish to begin pre-planning a funeral arrangement for you or someone you love, call us. We will be proud to serve you.  We are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our doors are always open (we speak Russian, Polish and Lithuanian also).

Our Experienced Staff

Our exceptional, attentive staff all lives and work in our community and are always here for you. Each person shares an extraordinary dedication to the families we serve.  Our independence allows us to help families arrange a funeral that best meets their needs and responds to specific requests and traditions.

When a loved one dies, all you need to do is make one phone call or write an email. From that moment on, we’ll take on the responsibilities of the physical care of your loved one, and the emotional care of those left behind.

Our Services

Our exceptional, attentive staff will provide all the support and guidance you need during a funeral. Throughout this process we assist families in creating a service that is meaningful, appropriate and affordable.

It doesn’t have to be an elaborate event. The most important part is in the “coming together” with others to share memories, and receive comfort from one another. It can be a very simple ceremony or one where the personality and lifetime achievements of your loved one are showcased.

Here, you will find information on the services we can provide your family after losing a loved one. If you would prefer to speak to someone directly, please call us.

Steps in Planning a Remembrance Service or Funeral

While every service is unique to the individual and the needs of their family, the underlying importance of the event remains the same: it is the single most important step you can take toward healing after loss – for everyone involved.

Making Arrangements: We will sit down with you, ask questions and explore the many options available to you. In that way we will be able to lead you in choosing the most appropriate service for your loved one and your budge

You can choose where, when and how to hold the service.  We’ll advise you where we need to; but in the end, you’ll make the decisions and then leave the rest to us.

The Service.

Chapel or Church. The first decision involves selecting the location for your loved one’s service. You can choose to hold your service in a chapel, crematorium, your Church or at the graveside. Just let us know what you think would be best for all concerned.

Graveside. If you have decided on a graveside service, you may want to gather first at our chapel.  Whatever you decide, we will work with you to ensure that you have every opportunity to bring family and friends together to say a final goodbye before the burial.

Cremation. When family chooses cremation, there is family decision to hold a service or not before cremation.

There is option available to you which make it easier to bring cremation and a service together. We can provide you with a chapel in crematorium, so that family members and friends can benefit from attending a visitation and a funeral prior to the cremation.

What Comes Next?

In short, what comes next involves coming together with family and friends to discuss their needs and desires. And if your loved one had prepared pre-arrangement plans with us, or any other funeral home – no matter the location – it’s vital that you retrieve those plans and bring them with you when you come in to see us.
